This is what a properly sorted FWD car can do, people. When a Le Mans winner is at the wheel.
These are taken from the following video, but the rest of it contains much less exuberant driving and is therefore much less interesting.

It really does look interesting. I wonder how well they'll sell and how they'll depreciate so I'll be able to afford one. The practicality does scare me a bit though, my current Peugeot coupe has a very usable back seat, this one does not. I'm also a bit wary about a 1.6 liter producing 270 hp.

This is why I love French cars, and especially Peugeot and Citroën. They know how to make a car handle, even if it's just a small hatch or a van. We are even better when it comes to small hot cars.

I think Peugeot shipped one to the US to be used in a CSI episode a few months ago. It was a silver first-gen model (with the big mouth and silver roof arches), was it that one you saw ?

It was silver. It was in michigan on the expressway, so I didn't have super long to oogle. I did see it again in a meijer parking lot like a week later though, so it seemed like someone was just driving it for transportation.
